GUARANTEES

All products sold by OLD PLAY SPAIN SL to end customers for their personal use possess legal guarantee of at least 2 years, according to Royal Decree 1/2007 which approves the general Law for the protection of Consumers and Users; this perod begins from the date of delivery.

The statutory warranty applies to all products agains possible defects in materials, manufacturing and discrepancies in the functionality decribed by us in the data shhet present in the catalog of www.opirata.com, and by the manufacturer in the instructions included with the product.

If during the statutory period you discover any of these problems, you must inform us in writing as soon as possible by sending an e-mail to web@opirata.com (always within 2 months from the time you appreciate the problem) and preferably before the lapse of the first six months of use (from the time of confirmation of delivery), indicating in your e-mail the words “lack of conformity”, plus your oder number, the exact name of the product and a detailed description of the problem detected.

The guarantee of some consumables (printer consumables, spare bulbs, batteries, etc) will be limited to the period of its service life. We guarantee optical media for defects in materials or workmanship and they shall remain in good condition when stored, handled and used correctly for at least 6 months from the time of delivery. However we cannot guarantee they will be compatible with the recording hardware owned or used by the buyer, nor can we accept returns of any incompatible optical data carrier without its original precinct and seals.

Printing supplies manufactured by third parties have their own guarantee that states they are free from defects in materials or workmanship and shall remain in good condition when stored properly for at least 3 months from the time of delivery. We cannot guarantee these products to be compatible with your hardware, if such hardware is programmed specifically to exclude the use of unofficial supplies.


The back up of any data thet the client could store on media or devices bought in www.opirata.com is responsability of the user of that product. OLD PLAY SPAIN SL will not be liable for the loss or damage of any stored data, including without limitation any lost or damaged data during the diagnosis, technical support or warranty processing of such products.

Unless otherwise stated by the law, we shall not be liable to you for any indirect loss, damage or expense (including loss of profits, business or charities) arising from the use of a product purchased at www.opirata.com, and we will not be obliged to offer any aditional compensation to the amount paid for the product in question under the conditions outlined in our Terms & Conditions of Use.

The commercial warranty, optional, specified for each product, differs in coverage and lapse according to its function and manufacturer. Once the deadline for the Legal warranty has lapsed, the commercial warranty, if there is one, should be dealt directly with the manufacturer.

In case of lack of conformity, you must contact us by writing to the e-mail address satweb@opirata.com, indicating the order number associated to your purchase, the name of the nonconforming product and a detailed description of the problem.
Our SAT (Technical Service) will provide all the support for the diagnosis and hadling of the guarantee.
